30 Minute Yin Yoga Flow

This shortened 30 minute Yin yoga flow was made to help you chill out, stretch out and feel goooood. Yin is one of my FAVE styles of yoga, you will find that we hold the postured for a little longer than normal and there is a lot let movement between each pose. Good for every body and everybody.
